Using the tools: IP Evaluation and standard contracts
The Patent and Trademark Office makes the tools available with no warranty of any kind, either for user-friendliness or suitability for a specific purpose. The use of the tools is done on the user's own initiative and in no case creates a legal relationship between the Danish Patent and Trademark Office and the user. The use of IP Trade Portal and the tools cannot take the place of the user's own assessment for how they should be used in any given situation and the user is encouraged to investigate whether professional advice is necessary in all situations.
Guidelines, tools and documents on the IP Trade Portal are regularly updated by the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. The last update date is shown on the individual pages. However, rules and general practices in the area can change quickly and there may be periods in which the content of the guidelines, tools and documents is not fully updated.
The Danish Patent and Trademark Office reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to implement changes to the IP Trade portal, limit access to the content of the IP Trade Portal, or to completely close www.IP-Handelsportal.dk.
